Help Keep Cable Lake Clean

  • Become a Public Landing Monitor. Spend weekends on the lake. The Town of Cable hires part-time, seasonal positions. Training is provided. Call the Town of Cable or email at clerk@townofcable.com by clicking link below.

  • Help Remove Invasive Species. Pitch in in June and July time before plants go to seed (usually in August). Gloves and bagging are recommended. Click below for plant identification and best plant removal practices. Thank you!

  • Take on a Leadership Position. Volunteer your time to work with a small dedicated organization of volunteers. The Cable Lake Association board is diverse group whose primary mission is to keep the lake clean now and for future generations.
